Sunday, The Lord's Day -
The Church of God emphasizes the unity of all believers on the New Testament basis of a personal experience in the saving power of Jesus Christ!

We truly are a bible teaching, bible believing church, who believe in the power of prayer and the power of the Holy Spirit. Our services are considered traditional, some might say "old-fashioned." We lift our voices in song using songs in our hymnal with only a piano for accompaniment.
If you are ever in the area, please plan on visiting us. Our services are open to everyone and we welcome you to come as you are.

Wednesday, your opportunity to "refuel" spiritually (September - May) -
We start with prayer meeting where we lift one another up in prayer, bringing the needs, burdens, and well-being of others before God. "Bear one another's burdens (temporary overload), and so fulfill the law of Christ.... For each will have to bear his own load (everyday load).... And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up."
Galatians 6:2, 5, 9

Another Victory
"The Gospel Trumpet" February 15, 1887
We opened war against sin about the 23rd of Nov. [1886] at this place
with the confidence and assurance of God, that a work should be done here for God.

Today, we continue in that war against sin.
Our Church Affiliation -
We are affiliated with the Church of God, whose general offices are located in Anderson, Indiana.
The Church of God is a worldwide movement of people seeking to fulfill God’s desire for the church. We are committed to studying the Word of God and faithfully living it out. We are committed to being the body of Christ in spirit, word, and deed.

We also commit ourselves to the mission that Jesus Christ gave every believer: to make disciples of all nations. We seek to love and serve all people.

Ladies, you are invited to attend our teatime devotions in Marcia's Tea Corner and enjoy a time of sweet fellowship.
